Michael Avenatti And The Secrets Behind His Cases

Michael Avenatti, Eyeing The Public

The Original 1980s ‘Amazing Stories’ Theme By John Williams
Quod Ita Iniquis, Vir Ut Vir 👁 Man To Man Is So Unjust

When we last left off from this saga, I’d expressed a few things here in my prior article establishing some points. Now let’s continue. So this guy Gary Franklin came into Mr. Avenatti’s life. And the public never knew of him before other than a mere mention of him being a coach for youngsters at his elite basketball team The Cal Supremes. And he was doing well with his $72K per year Nike Sponsorship salary being a coach and occasionally running errands for them making what The SEC, NCAA and other institutions would deem illegal payments to aspiring athletes. This sort of offense is punishable by law, but this guy didn’t mind doing it just as long as he had a job. Well one day, The Nike Corporation decided that they will no longer sponsor the youth program and instead of just accepting that and move on, this guy had a plan up his sleeve. He must have seen the end coming one day because he had in his possession all kinds of receipts and proof of his illegal work for Nike to show somebody some day. And well, he had a friend name Jeffrey Auerbach who according to some sources, his child was also trained by Gary Franklin, and this Auerbach guy is a Consultant who’s also apparently involved in Showbiz Media amongst other businesses of his past like investments. So you have to wonder sometimes about motivation because why should he care? Well, it’s Nike and it’s a big company and I know some secrets, and any darn thing you can think of that he might say. So here we have mostly Black youths playing basketball, their Black Coach and this Auerbach guy all in California. Okay so, why would Nike all of a sudden drop a lucrative yearly contract where they aren’t paying that Coach much money to get Players to play at Nike events and wear Nike gear and so forth? I would think that if Gary Franklin had been collecting all kinds of secrets from them to eventually use one day, he should have been prepared for a sudden drop in activity. He obviously knew that what he was doing traveling between New York & California and anywhere else to make these payments to the kids families were against the federal regulations, but it was okay since he still had a job with them. Alright, but if he cared about these kids as he expresses in articles & videos, then he should have left that whole thing alone, keeping everybody’s secrets including Nike’s. He should not have been yapping to anybody. Who else aside from Jeffrey Auerbach did he tell before making a case of it? Now everybody is in trouble because of him. He could have kept his mouth shut, moved along to doing his own fund-raising activities or find a new Sports Sponsor, but no, Gary wanted to HURT Nike because he was hurt. And what did he do? He saw this high profile Lawyer on TV name Michael Avenatti with the Stormy Daniels thing going after President Trump and thought if I only had him representing me. And so he went to his friend Jeffrey to put together all the details and evidence in a digital file since he did not want to, and to have this guy be his articulate mouthpiece and presenter. And so Mr. Avenatti agreed to take his case. But before I continue, let me answer a previous question. If you are a Sports Giant doing some shady activities for years and all of a sudden you don’t want to fund a program anymore WHY? Maybe they got caught. Something was up and Gary Franklin should have sensed that given his part in it. So if you are running these payments for Nike, wouldn’t you suspect the company is doing other inappropriate activities also? Shouldn’t you have just left that whole mess alone and move on to greener pastures? Maybe Gary wasn’t sure if his name came up during an internal investigation. Maybe he was well aware or atleast suspected it would. So why go to Avenatti? Why also involve this Auerbach guy along the way? What card game was Franklin playing? Would a Nike Executive sit him down and explain too much about their operation? Or did he know a bit more than he was letting on. I figure if you’ve been in The Sports Arena for years you should be aware of a few seedy things especially if the information is already publicly out there. Why would he not be aware of other illegal activities like investment fraud, and drug-related gang activity? Whether a person was aware of it or not, it wouldn’t be hard to hear about or come across public information concerning The Sport, and The Government Investigations surrounding The Industry. And if he was aware of some of it, maybe he got scared and for insurance decided to keep records of what Nike had him do. But that wasn’t just it. You see, he apparently liked his job being The Coach of The California Supremes and earning his little $72K a year that he was so proud of. Though he felt cut-off and disrespected, he wanted to be back in again. Well that’s stupid because The Company clearly did not want him and had their private legal reasons why. Remember many family’s got exposed because of this scandal. So Gary went on to make trouble coming in with the big guns pushing Avenatti on them and he secured a $1.5 Million Settlement along with Whistle-Blower Protection. So what’s wrong with that? Well…….Gary. Remember he seemed to like his job and secretly wanted that arrangement back. But wait, didn’t he relate to Avenatti all that damaging material against his former Boss, even wanting 3 Executives fired? So why on Earth would they want him back? Generally, this confusion lies in what you told your Attorney you wanted then, versus what you’re saying now in Court, and ofcourse the truth. Why was Nike at the time treating him like a nobody? How much did he really know? Well……..during this course of events, for a good number of years The FBI had a probe into that industry using some Black guy name Marty Blazer as their Informant, and this information was already released to the The Press, and it’s still very much out there if anybody bothered looking. And you know what else is out there, that investigation into related gang activity between New York and California (and possibly other states), just about the same places this Coach traveled to. What was going on at the time that also got published, was a young beat Cop from Philadelphia name Christopher Harper, who ended up shortly after working as an FBI Special Agent in the Eastern & Southern Districts of New York on missions. The news articles out there go on to recount how he got shot by Ronell Watson, a Crips Gang Member, but he survived. And while he was in his own case seeking prosecution against his would-be Killer, just roughly about the same time he was involved in investigating Michael Avenatti. In fact, he was the one who filed the initial complaint. So when you read enough information and filter through the nonesense, you get exactly what’s going on here. So many people aren’t following this case right because if they were, they would be asking the right questions and researching further. And since I’m your Storyteller, let me take you on this wild journey. Now there’s another side to this. Fasten your seat belt. Okay so, prior to how we all learned about him in 2018, let’s take a look back into his past. If you’re Michael Avenatti and you’ve been out there fighting the big cases for The Little Guy over the many years, every now and then your name should come up in the news articles and on TV in that area where you live and work. Well wouldn’t he have racked up along the way some kind of enemy well before Trump? Well we know of a few re-occurring ones from The Press and that would be fine if it was just them, right? Well what does that have to do with Nike? Because, if you have some people that don’t really like you from your past, and now you got really big all of a sudden, sometimes jealousy kicks in, anger kicks in, and hatred kicks in. When you’re somebody going about life successfully, there’s no reason other than the norm for you to be having severe problems all of a sudden that wreaks of a malicious hand behind it. Many people feel that it’s Trump, and granted there were issues there. You can’t discount his many Supporters wanting to see his victory, and perhaps helping to mess up Michael Avenatti in some way played a role. But what if it’s Somebody else though? Well now his case becomes a Whodunit. So Michael, the lead character in our story, was doing well in life until one day somebody gave him a case to represent this Stormy Daniels Chick, a Porn Star whom reportedly was threatened after having sexual relations with a then famous Presidential Candidate that became our 45th President. Apparently no one else wanted to touch that case, but our hero Attorney who is not afraid to also represent The Strays of Society, took on the challenge and yes, the case didn’t go anywhere because a beloved sitting President had the power and the favor of The Justice Department at the time. And this was also a time where The Public don’t get to see what’s happening politically in the background because when you’re a Leader and might want an Upstart trying to dethrone you off The Scene, you don’t need to say much since people already know. Everybody on The Circuit got the mental note, so a plot ensued. And a handful of people from his past inter-played with the present in a way where certain events led up to his current legal dilemma because nothing about it is coincidental. Now the Nike Attorney Scott Wilson described his part of the experience with Avenatti as The Twilight Zone and that’s interesting when you look at this whole thing because that’s a clue. When you start looking hard enough, it all makes sense. Almost all the characters involved in any part of his legal troubles were in his life at one point. And this character knows that character. And because one couldn’t directly defeat him or was too cowardly to face him, a group decided to work together with a new character involved to take him down. Do you see where I’m going with this? Prior to him Representing Stormy Daniels, you should want to know WHO was the person he decided to help get justice for, that got his name all up in the local papers and on the news out there in California several years ago? The Paraplegic Man, Geoffrey Johnson that’s right? Why is that case so important? Well, people overlook it. They just dismiss it as some homeless Veteran guy who was falsely accused of a crime and he ended up in the LA County jail where he was terribly abused by other inmates and to escape it, he reportedly leaped out a window and wound up paraplegic and labeled mentally-ill. And Avenatti was able to win his case against The Justice System there with a Settlement for him (and incidentally that same year other paraplegics also won various settlements from The Government). And many people stop there and jump to the part of the tale where they believe that Avenatti embezzled his client’s money ignoring his answer to that accusation, but what people need to think about is how odd this whole thing is. And did you even follow what I just said? Yeah the part about, Avenatti locally being in The Press on this particular case back then. And now, this same Paraplegic Man is in the picture currently amongst others opposed to Avenatti. What happened? A series of events. It’s what we don’t hear about that should concern you. And when you go digging, you might find an answer. Stop trying to look at this Lawyer as if he’s a die-hard Criminal and start looking at what’s really going on. Things like this don’t just happen out of the blue like that. Now let’s get back to that old case and what went down. You see, at the time there was this Sheriff in town name Leroy Baca, and he looks kind of like Rudy Giuliani. In fact, he Rudy and Arnold Schwarzeneggar often met to discuss The Judicial System out there in California. So alot of people liked this Sheriff on the surface, but underneath, all kinds of ugly truths came out about how he ran The Prison out there. And you what? It sparked an investigation from The ACLU and others, but he was still holding on to his job while dealing with those pending lawsuits until one day, this Attorney popped up with a paraplegic man he was representing and the added pressure from that case tipped the scale that year where Sheriff Lee Baca decided to step down from his long standing position he held since the late 1990s (he had been building his career since mid 1960s) because of the subsequent FBI probe into his prison. Do you know how deeply hurt he must have felt? He prided himself on that job. A lot of people still liked him though even though he was accused of allowing monstrous atrocities happening in the prisons at his direction and under his watch. A lot of people knew and liked him, and a fundraiser was setup for his legal benefit and one of the attendees behind it was Attorney Mark Geragos, yes the same guy a few years later when Avenatti said he wanted his help to conduct a “probe” on Nike. The term must have rang a distant bell in his mind to tag along. Remember he was involved and there with Michael at Nike, but never got charged for his role in it. When you’re in The Justice System as a District Attorney, or other Prosecutor, you would know or know of all the other people in your league. And sometimes the same Prosecutor will end up on cases that a Defense Attorney he once battled is on now. So it’s a very small world and a personal keeping score business. So now let’s get back to the current where some shady characters cropped up into the life of Michael Avenatti at this point in time where something that looked like another typical case, turned out to be his demise. Now you tell me, don’t you think that his whole legal battle with former employees at his Law Firm Jason Frank, Scott Sims, and Andrew Stolper has some bearing in connection to his cases. The signs are there. You only need to do the research. I don’t know why some of the other publications are failing to draw the connection. This is big news. So one of The Prosecutors on Avenatti’s California case, Brett Sagel is a known friend of Andrew Stolper who himself was once a Prosecutor in the same Office, but later went to Avenatti for a job where at some point, a disagreement happened and he was terminated by Avenatti. Andrew Stolper left with Scott Sims and Jason Frank to form their own law firm, but the severance was not exactly clean. Over the years Jason Frank would fight in Court against Avenatti insisting that he was owed money, and the sum increased well into the millions each time. Mind you, when they were all employed by Avenatti, they too were Attorneys involved in that paraplegic man’s case except for Andrew Stolper, who chose to represent one of the accused Cops under federal investigation concerning the Sheriff Lee Baca probe. You see, old bonds are hard to break. Fast forward to where we are now, again the same Players in a corrupt system. Oh, and you should note that Brandon Fox and Nicola Hanna were also involved in Prosecuting Sheriff Lee Baca at the time. And those same Prosecutors ended up now trying Avenatti. So how is a fairly innocent Defendant supposed to make the much needed headway in that Court System amidst a lack of checks and balances to ensure a proper judicial process. Why isn’t a Prosecutor with all that questionable back-story and emotional attachment, recusing himself from his position? A similar thing happened in New York as well with those Prosecutors. They all know each other. When someone previously worked in a department like Attorney Scott Wilson did, knowing who to contact and when and can access this person at will without any formality involved, then as a Lawyer for a big Corporation, you can call that Prosecutor at any time and legally jam up somebody on some orchestrated charge as we saw at Nike, even though Avenatti wasn’t arrested after that meeting since there was nothing apparently criminal about it, but that same Lawyer felt he needed to place a call to Avenatti inciting a conversation, baiting him, where it eventually resulted in an arrest. And no where at anytime did that young Lawyer state he felt Avenatti was trying to extort his Corporate Client while he was under the direction of Prosecutors. Now how is this Country better than some places in the world you claim you’re better than? At least in those places, Avenatti would have been respected better where they probably would have just played around with him a bit psychologically alluding to a charge, but then let him go. He would then know to stop doing something or go about it differently. So let me get back to this ex-Sheriff Lee Baca thing and continue expressing why I think that ties together somehow with Avenatti’s problems. It never dawned on me before because there was absolutely no reason to even know about him. It only occurred to me recently following the case a certain way and because I’m inclined to notice certain things and be an Empath, I picked up on a quirk and it seems that the symbolism all makes sense in context, complete with all The Players that would be behind it. This is why instincts are good to have and why I felt Michael Avenatti is a decent soul who just got setup. And some of you in The Public may believe what you like in The Media Narrative since you’re gullible and buy anything anyone tells you without exercising due diligence, but for the rest of you, believe this, when you see patterns, shadiness in something or just have that gut feeling, don’t dismiss it. So what did I find? Well…….if you’re someone powerful in a position to avenge someone you liked who another person brought down, in your own arrogance, or just to note as a private message to that other person, you might purposely encode what you achieved. It may not be obvious to many, but it is potently significant. And only another with a discerning eye and way about them would actually recognize it. So what is it? Well…….I alluded to this mystery the last time to peak your interest and none of you seemed to have figured it out yet because if the code was actually hidden, like a treasure to search for, many of you would go looking deep within the dockets desperately trying to find it, but a Wise Games Man in control of the whole thing would hide such a token well before your very eyes that you ignore the one obvious place it would be. So I’ll give you one more chance to figure it out before I reveal it. And once we let that cat out the bag, it opens more room to explore another strange and darker side I noticed about this case I might tell you some time. It’s just a matter of how to present it because I almost don’t want to share it. For now, I’ll just leave you with a popular quote from Avenatti.

I’m Used To Litigating Against Incredibly Competent, High-Quality Lawyers That Are Very Good Chess Players ~ Michael Avenatti

It was important for his Attorneys to vigorously fight that case because he represented The American People. Him being exonerated would have meant that our government can’t just bring trumped up charges against someone and use a corrupt system to make it stick. Now, Defendants in similar high profile cases are in jeopardy due to the same scenario. That’s why they could raid a Legal Icon like Rudy Giuliani the other day, and his Attorney son Andrew Giuliani (Little Rudy) was out there admonishing The Judicial System. This is why you Republicans might not see Trump make it as your Leader again because now that your Opposition is in Power and saw how it all works, it is far too tempting to use the same legal science to bind up Donald Trump and send him way into the same torturous prison system that Avenatti was made to endure. When you put your differences aside and fight for your common Constitutional rights, you can ensure that some day when a greater threat should come upon you in the land, atleast a former foe has your back because you’re all Americans. Michael Avenatti currently awaits sentencing in New York over that Nike case. And it’s not fair that he was convicted in that trial if you actually followed the case. He didn’t deserve to get arrested over it or end up in prison suffering harsh conditions in the first place. All that just shows how untrustworthy your system is. How you mistreat those among you that worked very hard from humble means to acquire an esteemed position, while you lovingly take under your wing the most foul & lowly among you and wonder why the rest of the world don’t respect you because on the one hand you favor this one with the worse case, but condemned the other who had a much less offense simply because you don’t like the person despite how wrong it looks on The World Stage. You’re the only nation with an excessive prison population due to minor offenses when other Countries look for every reason not to put a person behind bars, but employ a more effective legal remedy. There are other places on the globe much older than The United States of America where even this country had to stoop at the foot of The Masters and learn from their Judicial System. Too bad as a nation you dropped out of school early trying to gain your independence before you could fully grasp the value of proper Jurisprudence. It’s no wonder why it all sounds so strange to you in Court when thoroughly educated Defense Attorneys are explaining it to you.

The Avenatti-Trump Cases

Michael Avenatti, Legal Issues
“Snitch Bitch” – Terrence Howard (From The TV Show ‘Empire’)
The Lyrics

“.…..when they are trying to convince you that they are chilling with you, pay very close attention
My Hitta, My Hitta, My Hitta……”

I chose this song in good humor because remember The Nike meeting in NY Avenatti had with his friend Mark Geragos, talking to the Nike Lawyer Scott Wilson, who was all wired up leading the conversation a certain way, then following up later with phone calls to him that sounds like what it sounds like. A SETUP!

This Easter, rather than talking about my divine self as I normally do, note that I’ve taken interest in a poor soul on The Planet, unworthy of his persecution ~ The Goddess

Astraea, Numen Iustitia 💫 Astraea, Goddess of Justice

Trump & Avenatti, their two legal issues co-relate people, pay attention. Now, where I last left off on these legal topics talking about The Southern District of New York, you should know that The SDNY is older than The Department of Justice, and is sometimes referred to as The Sovereign District of New York. That’s why they behave a certain way because of their legacy. That information alone should give you an insight as to how New York, The Empire State, sees Itself in extent to handling cases in Its own Jurisdiction, even some ones that should have been handled out-of-state. Now how does all this affect Mr. Trump, well take a wild guess…..he’s got a problem, Big League. His cases are no walk in the park. It would have been better had he still been President, but he misplayed his hand by making a premature move too soon. Whether it was him who decided to or he received poor advice from somebody helping out with his campaign, or maybe it was the solitary deed of a misguided soul who thought he or she was doing Trump a favor by mis-using the power of their position. Whatever the case was, the decision to set loose a cause and effect scheme that led to derailing Michael Avenatti’s career for daring to rise against The Trump Empire, inadvertently affected Mr. Trump as well. Let me explain…….during The Election process, much of The American Public had already written off Contender Joe Biden for The Crown. He was already a Dark Horse in The Game. People were hoping to see a younger rival name Avenatti come up, who already had The Love of The People. So rather than knock him out of the game too soon, let him continue moving about under your red political skin some more, then clap him at the right time. Just when the polls are favorable and The Democrats are looking for the ultimate Win, you bring out The Paraplegic Man, Stormy Daniels, Jason Frank & His Friends, and some other Cracker Jack Players with a legal beef. It would have caused a media storm where all of a sudden faith in him wanes and Trump’s ratings fly up. But things didn’t work out that way, so now we’re looking at how Fate works where a Twist happened. You’re now seeing Trump out of power caught up in the same kind of legal uncertainty that affected Michael Avenatti. How is it the same? Well, The SDNY was able to take certain elements here and there, and form up a makeshift case in an effort to put away Michael Avenatti. And being Sovereign, you don’t really need to prove anything, just disregard anything exonerating that could help his case and make the evidence look right to a bias jury for a conviction. Avenatti’s mess with all his cases pales in comparison to Trump’s now. The SDNY Dog enjoyed Avenatti’s Nike case as a flavorful Italian appetizer, but what it really wants is The Main Course. Now Trump has the thick juicy steak, the luxury wine, you name it. And when you study cases, you’ll notice that a previous one serves as a model. The setup is there. Avenatti has legal issues in New York & California. Now former President Trump originated from New York, occupied Washington, DC for 4 years, resided in Florida, and still campaigns when he likes in certain States, and he has several businesses overseas, and supposed political ties in Russia. All that is interesting. Avenatti just had some accoutrements he legally acquired over the years from Lawyering, that Prosecutors were making a big deal of and snatching away from him, nowhere near The Wealth of Trump whose got so much more going on for Prosecutors to dig into. And you should wonder how all that looks on his case file. They would want to know how Trump got his wealth? Who has he seen and spoken to? Why are these low-lives over here supporting you, and so forth. What lie is someone going to tell? Who will pop up saying what they know? From what I gather in Avenatti’s case, it only took a former Client recanting something he previously said or put in writing that he wanted done, and then talking to (Trump Supporting) Prosecutors, where they can use something as silly as that to convict Avenatti, among all the arguable discrepancies going on in his other cases. And I know these particular cases between him and Trump are very different, but not really. There are enough similarities for Prosecutors to cite in a docket. Now, over 95% of Avenatti’s tweets were positive & responsible messages to the public, but when he tried to follow through on a lawful threat posting a tweet about a conference he was going to hold exposing information about Nike, that tweet protected by The United States Constitution was interpreted as an Hobbs Act Violation. Now, that’s incredible because it’s clear at the time of its conception many decades ago what the Law-Makers meant. They were talking about obstructing a business from successfully operating by being a terrorist bearing a weapon against somebody, hijacking a commercial airline, kidnapping someone, or making such threats, causing fear. Twitter did not exist at the time. Back then, they had newspapers that people were reporting to and there is no case of that activity being a Hobbs Act Violation. Today’s Social Media Platforms are considered The Media also, but when certain wicked Prosecutors are trying to REACH for something to construct a case against somebody, sometimes the person’s inalienable rights gets violated in their sick effort to prosecute someone they don’t like. And for everybody’s information, Nike’s stock fell a little, then recovered that same day. Their past stock history over the years shows significant dips every now and then, and a sudden rise. Had Avenatti’s case went differently and the conviction never happened, it could have impeded a case against Trump because one less success makes it harder to beget the next one. Now fair is fair in law, right. Looking at Trump’s situation, people already know all about his tweets to go on to say that a mass number of them they were highly offensive and obstructive. So if you’re a Trump-hating Prosecutor wanting to do The Democratic Party a favor, you might look at Avenatti’s case as a blueprint to seeing a Hobbs Act Violation too. Once that SDNY Hell Hound got a taste of the finer life, it no longer wants cheap dog food. And it’s a shame all this happened. People forget The Class Structure. It has quickly become eroded by ghettoism. You don’t handle a refined person who went through the proper channels, studying, doing well in school, stayed out of trouble, contributed to Society and so forth, like he or she is a common criminal. Do you know why you can’t get rid of The Thug or other unsavory types in your neighborhood? It’s because they learned from your actions that being good and doing the right conforming things don’t really pay. An inner city Prostitute can argue she is doing better than an educated girl trapped with student loan debt and poverty, unable to be socially promoted or adequately use her knowledge since a Scholar is so greatly maligned now as opposed to the prior Societal values, why being under-educated and openly wanton & vile is cool now. You could be an illiterate Blue Collar Criminal that just physically harmed somebody or killed a group of people and The Justice System has a standard treatment where the person might be living slightly better behind bars than a literate White Collar Criminal who just hacked a bank because of an underlined loathing towards that Upper Class person in some cases especially if it is political. Do you know the level of discipline & dedication it takes to complete the academic courses required to become a Lawyer, Doctor, Physicist, etc.? A lot of people don’t have the time, money or interest in doing so, yet our Justice System doesn’t even consider that detail when prosecuting somebody. They want to take a perfectly good Attorney like Michael Avenatti and through him away when the profession is so specialized with a small population, you’re lucky if you can actually find a real competent Attorney to represent you and win your case. I think that if you’re a Lawyer that has been out there for many years providing your service, you know enough about ‘The Rules of Professional Conduct’ to not do or say certain things. You know the limits and the extent to which a legal threat or action is lawfully permitted. So I don’t believe that Avenatti got up one day and just decided to go extort Nike. He had numerous other cases he was working on at the time. And yes he lived in an expensive state people are fleeing right now, but that’s where his livelihood was licensed, and one of the ways he hung on to still living in The Golden State, was that he took on a failing coffee franchise named Tully’s and he was able to turn it around successfully for a time. He even ventured out doing 33 or 34 promotional car races. And then one day his Business Partner, Actor Patrick Dempsey abandoned the operation. And that legal issue got settled. Amidst his Lawyering responsibilities, he was stuck running that coffee franchise on skim budgeting. And from reading the reports out there, I deduce he did not have the benefit of the best Workers. Some of them seemed disrespectful & ungrateful for their job. And what they were complaining about is questionable too, because a business like that isn’t hard to run. If they were gossiping less and spent more time setting up an appealing atmosphere where Customers saw that as the place to go to instead of Starbuck’s, then they would have seen a profitable bottom line and paycheck. There are skillful people out here who would have known what to do with that and would have loved a Boss like Michael Avenatti that was just showed up when necessary, to handle the legalities and left the competent independent workers he trusted alone to run an outfit without being an intimidating figure breathing down their neck and threatening to fire them. And it’s a shame that one of his haters there found himself on that one-sided ‘American Greed’ episode talking smack about his former Boss which only exposed his own lack of professionalism why at the time he was terminated for exposing private company info to The Press. The more you study Avenatti’s cases, and all the in-depth stuff beneath it, the more The Media Narrative surrounding him starts to fall apart. People who hate Avenatti, are pretending as if they really care about The Paraplegic Man and others being paid, when it’s more about their own personal wickedness in seeing him suffer behind bars. At the time, his situation could have been handled better by just allowing him to continue earning income while making sure his legal obligation of paying what he owed to whom is adhered to. I would figure that if it was simply an issue of him owing money to some people, you should want to give him a chance to pay that bill, and not do anything obstructive in a concerted scheme to prevent him from doing so, then call it a crime. And you don’t compound his problems by going through his background, interviewing haters & jealous persons that want to see his life ruined. And you don’t organize an out-of-state setup to trip up his life and then slap a Hobbs Act Violation on him and block his ability to freely move funds, and then bar his Constitutional right to full internet usage. And place him behind bars to suffer inhumane conditions living like a caged animal, and him contracting a terminal illness to try and recover from. And on top of that, you don’t prevent him from having the proper access to the law library and a computer in order to work on his case. All that is crazy. He didn’t deserve that. If this is how The Justice System chose to treat Michael Avenatti, then what can you can expect for Trump since his situation is way more complicated. You can Imagine what prosecutorial techniques have been already employed against him that we don’t know about yet. And I know that the Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. recently made an epic comment in The News about stepping down from his post by the end of this year, but who will take his place? Are we still going to see the same kind of ruthless behavior and corrupt case handling? If so, then The Public is still at risk. There have been so many complaints. Sometimes what you see on a video or hear on a recording might not look or sound like what Prosecutors want you to believe. You should know because while there’s about a 95% conviction rate on cases, a good number of them get overturned on appeal. While making a case to convict somebody, an unscrupulous Prosecutor would curate a couple incriminating things together as evidence to screw up somebody until a competent Defense Attorney sees all that foul-play and brings it up in Court. The best Prosecutors would look at something and think about it where The Law is concerned and decide rather than wasting time pursuing a case against that person, it’s better not to, due to certain factors that are there in favor of The Defendant anyway, because what’s really needed for a fool-proof and lasting conviction isn’t there. It’s a matter of ethics. Now this thing with Avenatti shouldn’t have gotten that far and it’s a cruel game. The Legal System is trying to make him look like a Mob Boss. Come on Man! When the Prosecutor said Michael John Avenatti, they wanted Jurors to hear John Gotti and they kept citing mob cases in reference to him almost every chance they got. If John Gotti’s ghost was in that Courtroom, I’m sure he wasn’t feeling The Prosecutors, he was more in Avenatti’s corner wishing him well since he was the Italian that went the other way leading a perfectly clean life and certainly didn’t belong there being persecuted. Avenatti didn’t come from a Crime Family, nor was he born with a silver or gold spoon in his mouth. His father worked as a Manager at Anheuser-Busch for over 3 decades. And he and his Dad enjoyed baseball. He wasn’t out there running rackets for Prosecutors to be bringing up the term RICO statutes in Court. For a Career Criminal he didn’t get the chance to really move billions and billions of dollars between multiple accounts yet, own an entire turf or state, have a legion of Riff-Raffs working for him, own a few Judges in his pocket, and so forth. In the Nike case, they made it sound like Avenatti was all dressed in black with his mob fedora hat on, showed up at the Nike Corporation with a couple goons carrying baseball bats damaging the place, and roughing up their Nike Lawyer demanding protection money since he knows their secrets. And you know what, had he really been a Mobster, I doubt he would have been handled like this. There would have been some respect there. It’s no secret that The Judicial System discriminates against Italians, especially if they might be innocent from what I notice in some cases. If an Anglo-Saxon or other Germanic person was accused of committing the same crime, he or she is handled differently and more favorably. When you watch the whole video recording of that Nike meeting and listen to the actual phone discussions in full context, what you get is a different impression. You see a civilized Michael Avenatti in The Nike Conference Room with his legal papers and a laptop, along with fellow Attorney Mark Geragos, engaged in legal discussions carried over from previous conversations about his then Client. Forget this stuff about extortion. The average person does not sit around studying laws or know much about the rules Lawyers have to follow or fully know how far The Law permits them to operate. And these rules get updated as well. And if you’re honing your craft practicing law, you would be aware of the changes. It’s easy to fool The Public who don’t know better. I actually bothered to study his case at length against the laws and other information and concluded that his conviction should not have happened. At the time of his problems I expected some Political Power who knew better to step in and handle that problem in an intelligent fashion instead of letting it becoming a circus. And I thought about that across the board with other high profile cases because “They” The Powers That Be, only save who they want I guess. In Florida when it got out that Politician Andrew Gillum was caught naked on a hotel floor passed out, overdosed on Cocaine after having gay sex with a White Male, that story got blown over, and no criminal charges were filed, and we all knew what that was, even The Journalists reporting it, and somehow he can run back out in Society living his life with no harm to his political career. And there are many other very bad stories of certain Politicians covering-up stuff, and in some of those cases even murder. Now some unflattering information have already gotten out on certain popular Public Figures who we see still floating about in our faces if you bother to research them. All of which I find way more questionable than Avenatti’s situation. And he wasn’t even a real Politician yet. He came from a humble working class background with his family linage having roots in America going back to the 1800s, and he was the first in his family to go to college and ended up graduating at The Top of his Class. And he had been working on many political Campaigns, mainly Democratic during that time while attending night school, and he continued in life being of value to his fellow Democrats. He was honored by his Alma Mater with a Scholarship in his name, and while battling his legal woes at the time he still cared enough to continue funding the Scholarship Program so that a deserving student could still have a chance at Law School. And like Jacoby & Meyers and William Kunstler, Veteran Attorneys I saw on TV while growing up who were doing it before him, Avenatti helped a lot of hapless people in need of Counsel, and successfully winning their cases. He also won victories for certain companies. And guess what People?……he was always on TV! Research that! He had hair back then. He looked a little different too, and over time he got more popular, that we know of him now because he took up a case in 2018 from a Porn Star who wasn’t being taken seriously by other Lawyers when she complained about a thug sent to harass her, by a then Presidential Candidate whom she voluntarily had sex with. Being the decent person he was taking on challenging cases like that, he was not ashamed being connected with his Client in public, being chivalrous of her and going on the Talk Shows exposing the information and drawing attention to her issue. All that footage is very accessible. Since terminating Mr. Avenatti over accusations of fraud & embezzlement over a book deal that still needs to be proven, who she’s with now is not exactly out there showing any visible public ties to her at all as if there’s some shame in doing so. Avenatti is a humble guy to not let vanity get in the way of duty. Also to his credit, since his dynamic appearance onto the Big Screen, he single-handedly inspired many applicants into the legal profession. And this is amazing and ironic at the same time. There was a dark time in American history where you weren’t taken seriously if you were an Italian Lawyer. Nobody chose your firm to handle their case. That Italian last name was questionable why some of them changed their name to a more Anglicized one just to stay in business. And we still see a vestige of discrimination in today’s time in several cases when an Italian Attorney is using a similar legal technique in conducting business like the Germanic one, but The Judicial System turns a blind eye to “Wilhelm Van Hausen” saying oh he was just zealously advocating with legal threats & actions, but “Gianni Avengotti” must be extorting & embezzling. Now you didn’t have to vote for him to be your President especially when he publickly endorsed Joe Biden as the most qualified Candidate people should vote for even letting him use what was meant as his own slogan & theme. And you didn’t need to like Avenatti, but do you know why a lot of people gave up on him? It happened because unfortunately The Public is trained to follow the current trend. So they believe all that bias stuff out there on him without considering otherwise. After going against Trump so publickly, then trying to handle the case of some victims of singer R. Kelly, after a failed attempt to represent the 2 African brothers who helped actor Jussie Smollet fake a racist & homophobic hate crime in Chicago, a couple guys came into Michael Avenatti’s life out of the blue asking for help. His then Client was a fired basketball coach named Gary Franklin, yet the person we see involved in the case is The Advisor he spoke to who put everything together on file for Avenatti to review. Jeffrey Auerbach, the same Advisor who testified at trial and is going around to The Media talking about the case which is still awaiting Sentencing, and we see him doing it, not Gary Franklin. That’s curious. He’s the one in that ‘American Greed’ video talking about the so-called extortion crime and not Gary Franklin himself. Who is he? What’s his background? And why is he all up in it like he was the “victimized” client? And while we’re at it, who are all the other people surrounding his cases? Michael Avenatti was doing just fine in his life until some questionable characters approached him. Where did they come from, who sent them? You know when you’re an Attorney that has been successfully winning cases in the past, its not unusual to have hidden enemies out there lying in wait and plotting to see your demise. Now could one person be connected to the other? The Public knows some of the answers to this already if you’ve been following everything on The California side. So then how can you expect a completely fair trial? The Judicial Process is already tainted if an enemy he was battling is friends with one of his current Prosecutors. And arguably, that’s why he got messed up in that Nike case also due to the 6 Degrees of Separation theory. Choosing Valentines Day to find him guilty on the Nike charges, the same Valentines Day a couple years back when that same Person was battling him over money issues again and won that case. It isn’t hard to look and see patterns in Avenatti’s cases that lead right back to a specific person or persons very much involved, who are betrayed by their own ZEAL to destroy this man. Oh, and it gets worse, just keep following my coverage on this. If the shenanigans is visible to me, I wonder if any similar ones are happening around Trump’s case too. You don’t know what somebody may be going through, the personal problems they’re dealing with, how hurt they may be, and just because a person is in a vulnerable position right now, it’s not an invitation to attack him or her at that weak point, making the situation worse unless you’re a hater. Its easy for a bunch of people pretending to be strangers, but are secretly working together, to crop up one day in an organized effort and allege some stuff against somebody, then watch it take on life, eventually blowing up to a full-fledged legal case. This sort of conspiracy has happened to some people already, and I’m proud of The Ones who stand firm fighting that Cancel Culture. Most recently that kind of attack fell on the Italian NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, with some members of his same Party spearheading it, and he’s right to hold his position. If you want him out of Office so you can enact your policies, do it the right way and find a Candidate that can beat him. He’s been undefeated for years, honoring his father’s legacy. Setting up some people emerging out of the blue with suspicious accusations, when none of that existed before looks like what it looks like. All that is designed to get a person off The Scene. And once that character assassination is allowed to go on without any real concrete proof, it starts affecting others and maybe even YOU. I don’t care how much you might despise someone, it’s unwise to sit there and let him or her be crucified like that. Now you know damn well what that is especially if someone worse got away, and The System caught somebody less fortunate. Sometimes stopping someone else’s execution might mean your own salvation later on through a twist of fate.

Poor Avenatti

Mickey Spillane ~ Theme from the 80s Private Eye TV Show ‘Mike Hammer’

Sapiens Nihil Affirmat Quod Non Probat   ⛈  A Wise Man States As True Nothing He Cannot Prove

THEY, are out to get him. I mean…….really. We first met Michael Avenatti on the scene as Porn Star Stormy Daniels Lawyer. He seemed together, not afraid, and knowing his facts. He and Stormy were legally hitting Trump with the 1,2 punch. They were all over TV with it. Cops supporting Trump, even went as far as to set up Stormy when she was doing one of her sex shows in a state that had a certain legal clause about touching the viewing customer (as they incited her to do). She was able to beat the charge after the arrest, and be a heroine paying the bail of the other women working that night, then get on TV talking about the desperateness of the President. The case seemed fun and a nice thorn in the side of Trump, that he decided to call her ‘horse face’. Well that didn’t matter the night he paid to have sex with her. It could have just ended clean there, but Trump (allegedly) sent a goon to threaten her and her kid while he was running for President to not talk about the affair, and THAT mistake is why she’s on the scene. The sex scandal payoff case was annoying the President, but it all started to go south when the Judge at the trial threw out the case. They tried appealing, but as time went on, nothing came of it. Stormy herself after seeing some fundraiser in her name on Twitter circulating, turned on her former Lawyer accusing him of fraud. He publicly explained that the funds were used where her case is concerned, and as time went on, there was no further news on that. The 2 parted ways. The news earlier this year, late February into March began covering actor Jussie Smollet and his “lie” about being attacked in the streets of Chicago in the early wee hours of the morning on a cold night, for being gay and Black. Also, in the weeks following, the R. Kelly sex scandal case re-surfaced in the media. It was Michael Avenatti who received an old tape he says showing R. Kelly having sex with an underage girl (14), and he decided to send it to the Authorities. Avenatti was representing one of the now grown women accusing R. Kelly of molestation. As others came forward with charges, R. Kelly briefly ended up in jail, but as the spotlight Lawyer ran into his own legal troubles, that helped R. Kelly’s case. Avenatti went from being this tough Lawyer helping women, to his own legal coverage of Journalist headlines shading him as a crook. He is accused of a high crime of trying to defrauding the sportswear giant, Nike of billions years ago. So now he’s fighting extortion charges. Gee, I wonder how and why this just popped up. I bet Avenatti knows. It’s revenge time. Avenatti has publicly declared that there are Mighty people out there that don’t want him on the scene. Man, this sure dampens any political agenda he had like running for President. When Sean Hannity, Tucker, and them were calling him a 3rd rate Lawyer, and other jeering stuff, if that were true, then you (Republicans in favor of Trump) shouldn’t feel threatened by him. He has some interesting ways of doing things. The man is effective and he looks great. His look and behavior reminds me of an old gangster movie with him starring as the private eye who wins in the end. I hope he beats the charges and gets back on the scene.

#MeToo, #TimesUp

It’s wonderful that the cycle has come around again where WOMEN have woken up to their real problems in the world by organizing a global movement about it, during the era of President Trump, BUT how real is it & can it sustain itself? The reason why I’m skeptical is because I know women. The only ones that aren’t complaining are the ones who benefit from a Sporting Lifestyle. Many of them get ahead by throwing themselves on men. You could be a damaged goods, under-educated, no skills, druggie girl that hangs out in places & pick up a guy with money & end up doing better in life servicing him as a Floozy, side-chick, girlfriend, or wife, than the female who lived her life being “proper” “lady-like” a “good girl” that did all the right things, but yet her society fails to reward her with the right sociological status & accoutrements she deserves. So what’s the real problem here? Is it realistic to expect a little woman’s movement to some how GROW & change millennia’s of historic sexism when THEY went along with it in the first place? I’m a woman, so I’ve seen what REALLY goes on. Yes, there are victims of live sexual assault & their cases deserve professional handling, but I’m talking about the majority of things that society grooms & allows. How are you going to change that without compromising the OTHER RIGHTS a woman should have. Do you really want to go back to the olden ways where you were taught your place for your own good because back then, those people would look at these womens’ cases and laugh at her. You voluntarily went into a man’s abode ignoring obvious signs of his intent from being around him amongst people. How could you not know? If you are working amongst men or in some social setting with them, you can tell if they like you or desire you by their behavior. The cues are there. Men are easy to read, even the ones pretending they don’t like you. Many of them are lecherous. Men can also tell if a woman wants him too. So you may have to go back to religious dressing, stay in your house, need a man’s permission for something, go through the proper courtship methods, & so forth for respect & isn’t this something women fought to be where we are today. Why digress? All a sexist law-maker needs to do is to start rolling-back your rights because he is so concerned about your chastity to protect you from your own stupidity. Why are you out in public amongst men? What are you doing? If there wasn’t some immorality in you in the first place, you wouldn’t have enticed that man? This is old-school sexist logic. Many of these women’ cases I’m hearing on TV wouldn’t stand up in court, so the safest place to say it, is out here in the public where it can take off. Why not ruin someone’s job & life prospects in general. You don’t need to prove anything. And I commend some of the men being targeted, for fighting back the false allegations. For the cases that ARE legitimate, more power to you women, because a judicial court system doesn’t always work in your favor & getting the truth out there in the court of public opinion, is the best option.

The alternative argument is for the women who benefit from being trashy. They live a lucrative sex-filled lifestyle dating & playing men. There was a time when it was common knowledge to only bother those women. When you are a guy bringing your sexually wayward, mentally-ill self to a Lady, Noble Woman, Woman of Respect, or anyone of the like, you needed a good ass-kicking. Today’s men doing that are STUPID. That’s why they got in trouble & I don’t feel sorry for them. Women are not objects. They lacked the finesse, charm, & skill set to obtain the right female. That’s why even the women of ‘ill-repute’ themselves treat them like SHIT because they are connoisseurs of men to tell a good one. You aren’t hearing certain mens’ names getting targeted by the Feminist Witch Hunt because they obviously have a good rapport with the women they mess with & they obviously possess the Lady’s Man Gentleman Persona so even if the relationship ends, the woman doesn’t feel she needs to lash out & tear up his life. We’ll see how long this Women’s rally of movements last, because there is a mistrust & divide amongst women anyway. If I were to go to a woman in charge of something to obtain a proper job, service, favor to something I’m qualified for & entitled to, I would be given a hard time, but if I turned to a man, it would be easier for me to gain. Women are petty & jealous. Men are more practical. I’m not trying to see a bunch of Bitches all of a sudden controlling the industries world-wide, because that would be a Tyranny. Many of them are incompetent & stupid. Being a wise female, regularly dealing with treachery from other females, I have to look at men & their rights too, especially being amongst women & their vileness. Did you know that many of these criminal cases involve women simply marrying men to get their life insurance & they end up killing them to claim it? You know you don’t like the guy, but he pays your way through life because he’s so obsessed with you, but you fail to reciprocate. You know some guy wants your pussy, but you are repulsed by him, yet you still walk by or hang out there in close proximity. How is he suppose to interpret that? You feel uncomfortable on the date, you don’t trust the guy, yet you go back. You know you’re just using this guy, it won’t go any further, yet you are surprised when he gets mad for being played by you. You sense the infidelity, yet you pretend it isn’t happening & you stay. YOU’RE THE WOMAN, you’re in control. YOU go as far as YOU want to. Stop leaving the responsibility to them.

The Juice Is Loose

Ok, this guy should not have been in jail for just trying to get back his stuff. Even one of the guys that “stole” it from him testified on OJ’s behalf for his release. They all knew it was wrong, but what the whole thing was about why he was put behind bars in the first place was that infamous trial where he was found ‘Not Guilty’ for the slaying his ex-wife Nicole Simpson & her guy friend Ron Goldman. The case was handled bad in the first place, like many such cases. The zoned in on OJ as the killer without regard to some THINGS that has happening in the area at the time, mob stuff, drug stuff, & the sort where some evidence led to that. If by chance OJ had ANYTHING to do with it, a private investigator recently years back came out with his book showing step-by-step his findings that the murders were committed by OJ’s mentally & emotionally disturbed son & he was covering for him. A documentary was also done on this theory & it seemed quite convincing but yet the Goldman’s did their documentary recently aired on the same channel 7 station showing OJ as the guilty killer. They never got a dime from him & the only solace was the courts using an excessive break in & robbery charge to GET HIM. How fucking crazy, even legal experts thought what they charged him for was out of boundaries giving the “robbery” case, HIM trying to stop a hotel selling of his own football items he tried to retrieve with the help of some friends.
