Exploring R. Kelly’s Legal Struggle 🥾🎼 💼

R Kelly's Legal Battle

When A Woman Loves

This was my previous August 2019 article on Mr. Robert Kelly’s Legal Problems, jailed and released on bond, then jailed again. We’re now in 2021 and the embattled R&B Singer is still behind bars. At the time during the thick of the pandemic shut down, his Attorney Steve Greenberg, made his best argument before The Court for his Client’s release and even though he had a right to be free like the other prisoners who were offered that grace, R. Kelly was denied that right. The System fell to the will of his Haters who wanted him to suffer, with him even getting beat up by another prisoner one time. I think him ending up in jail in the first place could have been avoided had he just kept his mouth shut the first time he was swimming through his problems. The System wasn’t sure of certain things yet and chose not to move through with a case. And what happened? Well, we saw R. Kelly on the media circuit bragging to the effect of how teflon he was and such, and ongoing with it where it came off the wrong way. I don’t know if you all remember that, and a few weeks shortly after, The Justice System began to see where there might be a case and nabbed his butt. It was made possible especially when Attorney Michael Avenatti who was representing a couple of the women when he submitted a sex tape as evidence where it is believed that R. Kelly was having intercourse with a female under 18. Even though the allegations have not been proven to be true yet, a lot of people have him guilty in their minds based off their perceptions of him and hearsay. Now it’s really none of their business what his personal problems are with his life issues to be posting irresponsible stuff out there in Social Media. Despite what you know of his past to be so, have some respect for a person’s right to present the other side of the argument. Nothing is exactly as it seems sometimes. And this is a dilemma his Attorneys are dealing with. His legal team is shifting due to internal disagreements on how to proceed in defending him. Now, I find it hard to buy every last scandalous detail without suspecting an agenda. When you study human nature and you know people, especially originating from certain cultures, then you have to take these issues like a grain of salt. Consider WHO is complaining and WHY. I’m not saying all things by R. Kelly is Kosher. I just question motive, slander, artifice, and the like. You could stand up somewhere in the city and announce all kinds of shit about a person and garner an audience listening to it like it’s gospel. As a responsible individual, you should be dissecting fact from fiction, and fantasy from reality. Why is the person talking? Was he or she promised a come up from R. Kelly and it did not come true? Was the girl thinking she was the only one, and was hurt by the other women involved? Did she expect to be in his video and that did not happen? Was she expecting some amount of money, and got nothing. This is the way you should be looking at things. That’s why when certain payments were made, all of a sudden a complaint went away. So it was about money, not principle. And what about the parents involved, who had no problem sending their teenage daughters to this grown man’s house to stay and take care of knowing his lifestyle? There are discrepancies in some of their recanting of what they think happened at his house, especially when the young ladies themselves are contradicting their own stories. It’s not cool taking advantage of a man reported to have been a talented Street Performer who was somewhat illiterate when it came to higher academics, but had an extraordinary singing talent. And just because he had certain shortcomings when monitoring the financial side of things, doesn’t give someone the right to take advantage of his ignorance, that may have subsequently led to his demise. I’m disappointed in certain people still acting a fool over this and are not seeing the bigger picture. It’s easy for another group of people to get involved in the affairs of an oppressed people when they play themselves out there. The issues discussed in R. Kelly’s cases are nothing new. Such common problems are resolvable and are best kept out of the public eye, but some Black People in this day and age want to either air their dirty laundry on the public stage like some other people, or add to the misery of another by profiling their business out in the street. R. Kelly, like other famous Defendants in their respective cases are greatly hurt by activities like that. When you think you are advancing justice by doing that, later you find out that someone was in fact lying or mis-representing the facts or something, and what you did was hurt a situation more. And being Black, they should know, especially if they are from broken families or troubled communities. Mr. Robert Kelly is from that, yet he managed to make something of himself. And instead of recognizing a man that may be fragile emerging from that and might be in need of Special Supervision and Care, people used him and fed their own needs instead. I give credit to anyone who had access to him who tried to help him in some way before bad issues started arising in his life. Have anyone ever thought that maybe he had been victimized in some way while growing up. What was his life like? What kind of experiences did he have along the way. For this guy to end up here like this in life, something went terribly wrong. Forget all about the sexcapades and other vice-ridden stories, and concentrate more on what kind of internal issues a person may be suffering from and why no one who had direct access to his life, cared enough to address it but gain from it, and maybe under the instruction of another. And if anyone of you is reading this, YOU being there failing to and enabling what is now being called into a criminal investigation, then you too is responsible and you should turn yourself in. You know so much, right. How could you NOT be responsible also? You were up in there with him and in his life. I understand a Superstar brushing off somebody trying to navigate his or her life, but I’m talking about not co-signing a lifestyle or at least granting sound advice, and not going along with it. There are a lot of interesting characters in public with all kinds of problems that did not end up like him. And I can see in other ways why he came under attack in his Industry. So many mixed up things, hiding what’s really going on. If you sit and study just enough of it with a keen eye and ear, you should notice some things. And I hope he is able to translate the suffering of his soul and the contempt directed at him effectively, where it exposes some other underlying concerns truly behind his problems.

Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) Queen Movie Review

PLAYLIST ~ Music By Queen
Ne Cede Malis, Sed Contra Audientior  🚲   Do Not Yield To Misfortunes, But Go Forth More Boldly To Meet Them (Virgil)

Ofcourse somebody would want to make a film about the late great Freddie Mercury. I had mixed feelings over it. ALOT of the info in the movie and timeline is false. It’s a piece of fictional work designed to convey what they wanted you to know about him and the band and there experiences. Well, for something more factual, go look at the many documentaries and interviews online. For the film, they tried very hard to make the Egyptian actor Rami Malek, look, sound and act like him. The real Freddie was a physically bigger man and his striking actions and majestic persona are hard capture. I wasn’t entirely convinced of the performance and I don’t know why Rami Malek was chosen, I was more impressed at the actor’s work at the end of the film when he really came alive on stage as Freddie Mercury at the Live Aid concert. Yes, I expected it to win ALOT of awards, because of some elements in the film, even though critics like myself didn’t fancy it much. At the time when I saw the movie, I wasn’t really happy with it to go write a rave review, but as I continue to think about this man and his work, I have to say something. Prior to the film, the music of Queen for years were in movies, TV shows & commercials, and now AFTER the film, it’s still everywhere arguably as the band with the most hits heard in ads. Now this is a testament to their greatness, the mass commercial appeal as of late. There was a time in my development where Queen was one of the rock bands, I designated a moment of my life consistently listening to. The man was a musical genius. I felt the film focused too much on the gay shit. Some of the dialogue consisted of cheesy faggot comments that made Freddie looked like he was some Rupaul Drag person, when in reality, he carried himself more like a man. He was never out there in the public eye talking like that, seeming like that, or carrying himself like that. In reality, he was masculine, that was why when he died at age 45 in the early 1990s, it shocked people when we heard he lost his life due to complications with AIDs. I remember, it saddened me as a teenager back then the way the news of it was suddenly delivered over the airwaves. I missed him. He died too early. And now, so many years later in the current heyday of the flamboyant gay rights movement, they go and make a movie using HIM & his life to be a part of the gay agenda. If you study Queen, you’d know that Freddie himself when he lived, had no interest in being a point person for the gay movement or a Spokesperson on AIDs. He was a private man who was more mindful about HIS MUSIC. I’d think if you were going to do a movie about him, you’d more concentrate on his musical genius and things that really mattered to him. His lyrics hold philosophical content. He’s a Composer, right up there with Mozart, Bach, etc. Looking at the first half of the film was making me visibly upset with them focusing on homosexuality as if that was the main thing about his life, when other people around him at the time, can account for aspects of his personality being non-gay. In reality, heterosexuality was something he valued that the movie could not deny and had to show in some way since there was a woman he was romantically involved with, that he still loved till the end of his life and he left a great deal of his fortune to her even though she married and moved on. Something happened to Freddie as a young Indian boy born in Zanzibar/Tanzania when his family moved there to flee the Uprising in India. Then he developed as a person in England. We may never know the missing info, but there might be clues out there in cyberspace and alternative media. The movie could have been done better without the gay politics. Now we have content Millennials misunderstanding some things about his life and art as we go on as a society. He’s now a Gay Icon. Oh God! He was never seen as that before though. Nor decades before now, was he dug up and embraced as one of them, even at the time he lived. Some people say he was openly gay at the time, but there is evidence suggesting otherwise. Also, homosexuality (Buggery) was still seen as a crime in Britain in the 1960s. To many Americans & others around the globe, it was either a mental problem, or a vice you engaged in and some of us still think so. And for some, cross-dressing was a look you adopted or played around with, but it didn’t mean you were actually gay or lesbian, or something. And people eventually realized if you were or not. If he was privately exploring or finding himself because of some personal issue and I saw that, I wouldn’t make a film depicting that as the central theme of his life. It was more a gay movie, than an real biopic. There was so much more beyond that and what he never got to do in life. I don’t know how he himself would feel about this film they made about his life. I know though, he would have composed a better film about his story.

Las Vegas Shooting 2017

Another Infamous Shooting, The Media plays around the tube for answers, asking
‘When Will It Stop?’
Well, it won’t really. Whether it be some conspiracy terror tactic,
or a madman shooting, we live in a
Country where this sort of thing is becoming the norm now.
Why? It’s the culture. You may be the
‘Greatest Country In The World’ as you put it,
but your society needs serious help. Some of the other
countries around the world
are better governed where in their newspapers, you are reading about
normal levels of crime
in a big city, not some privileged weirdo with a massive gun collection that goes
to a
music festival for target practice. Where were the cops & secret agents the government employs to

protect us? Probably busy watching some normal colored person living his or her life,
scrutinizing everything,
desperately trying to criminalize the poor man or woman,
when there was someone ELSE obviously more dangerous
who was able to
FINANCE & ORGANIZE a domestic terror attack, but ‘The Powers That Be’ won’t call it that
or treat the crime like that,
BECAUSE they say, he was a privileged White Man who was simply ‘deranged.’

Mariachi Kid Sings Natl Anthem & Gets Racist Tweets

Hi ya’ll. When you view the below videos, you’ll get the basis of my blog today. So many subtle political changes have taken place in America in favor of Spanish immigrants which we have seen in the news. Some of them include free medical insurance & other government benefits, an illegal reporting a crime that happened to him/her without the threat of deportation, certain approved rights within Arizona including the right to express their culture in the classroom, American HR forms & other legal documents separating themselves from other classes of races as if they were a neutral race of their own & not of mixed blood, favors from Obama & so forth. The point is, Hispanics are looking for special treatment & have gotten it to some extent, but when it comes to the racist reality of those not in power (since majority rules) they are still generally perceived as cockroaches. Many of them are seen with suspicion & under attack in White neighborhoods but yet they wish to segregate themselves from the struggle with Blacks whom they are safest among. And now some Hispanics discriminate against Blacks & even attack them. Regarding the below videos, if it were an older person who had been out there prepared to handle it like Pitbull & others, then it wouldn’t have bothered me or the masses as much, but a really young boy who didn’t do or say a damn thing to deserve such a disgraceful attack on his person? This should show Hispanics (& the term is questionable too) that they are not socially acceptable amongst them & quit trying to identify with THEM even if you are light skinned because if you are Spanish & love being Spanish, you need to get rid of your Spanishness to fit in. If you are unwilling to lose your culture (which frightens them) then you have no business trying to look for social approval amongst their kind. Let these videos marinate in your mind for a while & consider a better strategy in recouping what your ancestors lost…..(on the more ethnic side of your breed I mean).
