“Snitch Bitch” – Terrence Howard (From The TV Show ‘Empire’)
**The Lyrics
“.…..when they are trying to convince you that they are chilling with you, pay very close attention____My Hitta, My Hitta, My Hitta……”
I chose this song in good humor because remember The Nike meeting in NY Avenatti had with his friend Mark Geragos, talking to the Nike Lawyer Scott Wilson, who was all wired up leading the conversation a certain way, then following up later with phone calls to him that sounds like what it sounds like. A SETUP!
_*This Easter, rather than talking about my divine self as I normally do, note that I’ve taken interest in a poor soul on The Planet, unworthy of his persecution ~ The Goddess*_
Astraea, Numen Iustitia 💫 Astraea, Goddess of Justice
Trump & Avenatti, their two legal issues co-relate people, pay attention. Now, where I last left off on these legal topics talking about The Southern District of New York, you should know that The SDNY is older than The Department of Justice, and is sometimes referred to as The Sovereign District of New York. That’s why they behave a certain way because of their legacy. That information alone should give you an insight as to how New York, The Empire State, sees Itself in extent to handling cases in Its own Jurisdiction, even some ones that should have been handled out-of-state. Now how does all this affect Mr. Trump, well take a wild guess…..he’s got a problem, Big League. His cases are no walk in the park. It would have been better had he still been President, but he misplayed his hand by making a premature move too soon. Whether it was him who decided to or he received poor advice from somebody helping out with his campaign, or maybe it was the solitary deed of a misguided soul who thought he or she was doing Trump a favor by mis-using the power of their position. Whatever the case was, the decision to set loose a cause and effect scheme that led to derailing Michael Avenatti’s career for daring to rise against The Trump Empire, inadvertently affected Mr. Trump as well. Let me explain…….during The Election process, much of The American Public had already written off Contender Joe Biden for The Crown. He was already a Dark Horse in The Game. People were hoping to see a younger rival name Avenatti come up, who already had The Love of The People. So rather than knock him out of the game too soon, let him continue moving about under your red political skin some more, then clap him at the right time. Just when the polls are favorable and The Democrats are looking for the ultimate Win, you bring out The Paraplegic Man, Stormy Daniels, Jason Frank & His Friends, and some other Cracker Jack Players with a legal beef. It would have caused a media storm where all of a sudden faith in him wanes and Trump’s ratings fly up. But things didn’t work out that way, so now we’re looking at how Fate works where a _*Twist*_ happened. You’re now seeing Trump out of power caught up in the same kind of legal uncertainty that affected Michael Avenatti. How is it the same? Well, The SDNY was able to take certain elements here and there, and form up a makeshift case in an effort to put away Michael Avenatti. And being Sovereign, you don’t really need to prove anything, just disregard anything exonerating that could help his case and make the evidence look right, to a bias jury for a conviction. Avenatti’s mess with all his cases pales in comparison to Trump’s now. The SDNY Dog enjoyed Avenatti’s Nike case as a flavorful Italian appetizer, but what it really wants is The Main Course. Now Trump has the thick juicy steak, the luxury wine, you name it. And when you study cases, you’ll notice that a previous one serves as a model. _*The setup is there.*_ Avenatti has legal issues in New York & California. Now former President Trump originated from New York, occupied Washington, DC for 4 years, resided in Florida, and still campaigns when he likes in certain States, and he has several businesses overseas, and supposed political ties in Russia. All that is interesting. Avenatti just had some accoutrements he legally acquired over the years from Lawyering, that Prosecutors were making a big deal of and snatching away from him, nowhere near The Wealth of Trump whose got so much more going on for Prosecutors to dig into. And you should wonder how all that looks on his case file. They would want to know how Trump got his wealth? Who has he seen and spoken to? Why are these low-lives over here supporting you, and so forth. What lie is someone going to tell? Who will pop up saying what they know? From what I gather in Avenatti’s case, it only took a former Client recanting something he previously said or put in writing that he wanted done, and then talking to (Trump Supporting) Prosecutors, where they can use something as silly as that to convict Avenatti, among all the arguable discrepancies going on in his other cases. And I know these particular cases between him and Trump are very different, but not really. There are enough similarities for Prosecutors to cite in a docket. Now, over 95% of Avenatti’s tweets were positive & responsible messages to the public, but when he tried to follow through on a lawful threat posting a tweet about a conference he was going to hold exposing information about Nike, that tweet protected by The United States Constitution was interpreted as an Hobbs Act Violation. Now, that’s incredible because it’s clear at the time of its conception many decades ago what the Law-Makers meant. They were talking about obstructing a business from successfully operating by being a terrorist bearing a weapon against somebody, hijacking a commercial airline, kidnapping someone, or making such threats, causing fear. Twitter did not exist at the time. Back then, they had newspapers that people were reporting to and there is no case of that activity being a Hobbs Act Violation. Today’s Social Media Platforms are considered The Media also, but when certain wicked Prosecutors are trying to REACH for something to construct a case against somebody, sometimes the person’s inalienable rights gets violated in their sick effort to prosecute someone they don’t like. And for everybody’s information, Nike’s stock fell a little, then recovered that same day. Their past stock history over the years shows significant dips every now and then, and a sudden rise. Had Avenatti’s case went differently and the conviction never happened, it could have impeded a case against Trump because one less success makes it harder to beget the next one. Now fair is fair in law, right. Looking at Trump’s situation, people already know all about his tweets to go on to say that a mass number of them they were highly offensive and obstructive. So if you’re a Trump-hating Prosecutor wanting to do The Democratic Party a favor, you might look at Avenatti’s case as a blueprint _*to seeing*_ a Hobbs Act Violation too. Once that SDNY Hell Hound got a taste of the finer life, it no longer wants cheap dog food. And it’s a shame all this happened. People forget The Class Structure. It has quickly become eroded by ghettoism. You don’t handle a refined person who went through the proper channels, studying, doing well in school, stayed out of trouble, contributed to Society and so forth, like he or she is a common criminal. Do you know why you can’t get rid of The Thug or other unsavory types in your neighborhood? It’s because they learned from your actions that being good and doing the right conforming things don’t really pay. An inner city Prostitute can argue she is doing better than an educated girl trapped with student loan debt and poverty, unable to be socially promoted or adequately use her knowledge since a Scholar is so greatly maligned now as opposed to the prior Societal values, why being under-educated and openly wanton & vile is cool now. You could be an illiterate Blue Collar Criminal that just physically harmed somebody or killed a group of people and The Justice System has a standard treatment where the person might be living slightly better behind bars than a literate White Collar Criminal who just hacked a bank because of an underline loathing towards that Upper Class person in some cases especially if it is political. Do you know the level of discipline & dedication it takes to complete the academic courses required to become a Lawyer, Doctor, Physicist, etc.? A lot of people don’t have the time, money or interest in doing so, yet our Justice System doesn’t even consider that detail when prosecuting somebody. They want to take a perfectly good Attorney like Michael Avenatti and through him away when the profession is so specialized with a small population, you’re lucky if you can actually find a real competent Attorney to represent you and win your case. I think that if you’re a Lawyer that has been out there for many years providing your service, you know enough about ‘The Rules of Professional Conduct’ to not do or say certain things. You know the limits and the extent to which a legal threat or action is lawfully permitted. So I don’t believe that Avenatti got up one day and just decided to go extort Nike. He had numerous other cases he was working on at the time. And yes he lived in an expensive state people are fleeing right now, but that’s where his livelihood was licensed, and one of the ways he hung on to still living in The Golden State, was that he took on a failing coffee franchise named Tully’s and he was able to turn it around successfully for a time. He even ventured out doing 33 or 34 promotional car races. And then one day his Business Partner, Actor Patrick Dempsey abandoned the operation. And that legal issue got settled. Amidst his Lawyering responsibilities, he was stuck running that coffee franchise on skim budgeting. And from reading the reports out there, I deduce he did not have the benefit of the best Workers. Some of them seemed disrespectful & ungrateful for their job. And what they were complaining about is questionable too, because a business like that isn’t hard to run. If they were gossiping less and spent more time setting up an appealing atmosphere where Customers saw that as the place to go to instead of Starbuck’s, then they would have seen a profitable bottom line and paycheck. There are skillful people out here who would have known what to do with that and would have loved a Boss like Michael Avenatti that was just showed up when necessary, to handle the legalities and left the competent independent workers he trusted alone to run an outfit without being an intimidating figure breathing down their neck and threatening to fire them. And it’s a shame that one of his haters there found himself on that one-sided ‘American Greed’ episode talking smack about his former Boss which only exposed his own lack of professionalism why at the time he was terminated for exposing private company info to The Press. The more you study Avenatti’s cases, and all the in-depth stuff beneath it, the more The Media Narrative surrounding him starts to fall apart. People who hate Avenatti, are pretending as if they really care about The Paraplegic Man and others being paid, when it’s more about their own personal wickedness in seeing him suffer behind bars. At the time, his situation could have been handled better by just allowing him to continue earning income while making sure his legal obligation of paying what he owed to whom is adhered to. I would figure that if it was simply an issue of him owing money to some people, you should want to give him a chance to pay that bill, and not do anything obstructive in a concerted scheme to prevent him from doing so, then call it a crime. And you don’t compound his problems by going through his background, interviewing haters & jealous persons that want to see his life ruined. And you don’t organize an out-of-state setup to trip up his life and then slap a Hobbs Act Violation on him and block his ability to freely move funds, and then bar his Constitutional right to full internet usage. And place him behind bars to suffer inhumane conditions living like a caged animal, and him contracting a terminal illness to try and recover from. And on top of that, you don’t prevent him from having the proper access to the law library and a computer in order to work on his case. All that is crazy. He didn’t deserve that. If this is how The Justice System chose to treat Michael Avenatti, then what can you can expect for Trump since his situation is way more complicated. You can Imagine what prosecutorial techniques have been already employed against him that we don’t know about yet. And I know that the Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. recently made an epic comment in The News about stepping down from his post by the end of this year, but who will take his place? Are we still going to see the same kind of ruthless behavior and corrupt case handling? If so, then The Public is still at risk. There have been so many complaints. Sometimes what you see on a video or hear on a recording might not look or sound like what Prosecutors want you to believe. You should know because while there’s about a 95% conviction rate on cases, a good number of them get overturned on appeal. While making a case to convict somebody, an unscrupulous Prosecutor would curate a couple incriminating things together as evidence to screw up somebody until a competent Defense Attorney sees all that foul-play and brings it up in Court. The best Prosecutors would look at something and think about it where The Law is concerned and decide rather than wasting time pursuing a case against that person, it’s better not to, due to certain factors that are there in favor of The Defendant anyway, because what’s really needed for a fool-proof and lasting conviction isn’t there. It’s a matter of ethics. Now this thing with Avenatti shouldn’t have gotten that far and it’s a cruel game. The Legal System is trying to make him look like a Mob Boss. Come on Man! When the Prosecutor said Michael John Avenatti, they wanted Jurors to hear John Gotti and they kept citing mob cases in reference to him almost every chance they got. If John Gotti’s ghost was in that Courtroom, I’m sure he wasn’t feeling The Prosecutors, he was more in Avenatti’s corner wishing him well since he was the Italian that went the other way leading a perfectly clean life and certainly didn’t belong there being persecuted. Avenatti didn’t come from a Crime Family, nor was he born with a silver or gold spoon in his mouth. His father worked as a Manager at Anheuser-Busch for over 3 decades. And he and his Dad enjoyed baseball. He wasn’t out there running rackets for Prosecutors to be bringing up the term RICO statutes in Court. For a Career Criminal he didn’t get the chance to really move billions and billions of dollars between multiple accounts yet, own an entire turf or state, have a legion of Riff-Raffs working for him, own a few Judges in his pocket, and so forth. In the Nike case, they made it sound like Avenatti was all dressed in black with his mob fedora hat on, showed up at the Nike Corporation with a couple goons carrying baseball bats damaging the place, and roughing up their Nike Lawyer demanding protection money since he knows their secrets. And you know what, had he really been a Mobster, I doubt he would have been handled like this. There would have been some respect there. It’s no secret that The Judicial System discriminates against Italians, especially if they might be innocent from what I notice in some cases. If an Anglo-Saxon or other Germanic person was accused of committing the same crime, he or she is handled differently and more favorably. When you watch the whole video recording of that Nike meeting and listen to the actual phone discussions in full context, what you get is a different impression. You see a civilized Michael Avenatti in The Nike Conference Room with his legal papers and a laptop, along with fellow Attorney Mark Geragos, engaged in legal discussions carried over from previous conversations about his then Client. Forget this stuff about extortion. The average person does not sit around studying laws or know much about the rules Lawyers have to follow or fully know how far The Law permits them to operate. And these rules get updated as well. And if you’re honing your craft practicing law, you would be aware of the changes. It’s easy to fool The Public who don’t know better. I actually bothered to study his case at length against the laws and other information and concluded that his conviction should not have happened. At the time of his problems I expected some Political Power who knew better to step in and handle that problem in an intelligent fashion instead of letting it becoming a circus. And I thought about that across the board with other high profile cases because “They” The Powers That Be, only save who they want I guess. In Florida when it got out that Politician Andrew Gillum was caught naked on a hotel floor passed out, overdosed on Cocaine after having gay sex with a White Male, that story got blown over, and no criminal charges were filed, and we all knew what that was, even The Journalists reporting it, and somehow he can run back out in Society living his life with no harm to his political career. And there are many other very bad stories of certain Politicians covering-up stuff, and in some of those cases even murder. Now some unflattering information have already gotten out on certain popular Public Figures who we see still floating about in our faces if you bother to research them. All of which I find way more questionable than Avenatti’s situation. And he wasn’t even a real Politician yet. He came from a humble working class background with his family linage having roots in America going back to the 1800s, and he was the first in his family to go to college and ended up graduating at The Top of his Class. And he had been working on many political Campaigns, mainly Democratic during that time while attending night school, and he continued in life being of value to his fellow Democrats. He was honored by his Alma Mater with a Scholarship in his name, and while battling his legal woes at the time he still cared enough to continue funding the Scholarship Program so that a deserving student could still have a chance at Law School. And like Jacoby & Meyers and William Kunstler, Veteran Attorneys I saw on TV while growing up who were doing it before him, Avenatti helped a lot of hapless people in need of Counsel, and successfully winning their cases. He also won victories for certain companies. And guess what People?……he was always on TV! Research that! He had hair back then. He looked a little different too, and over time he got more popular, that we know of him now because he took up a case in 2018 from a Porn Star who wasn’t being taken seriously by other Lawyers when she complained about a thug sent to harass her, by a then Presidential Candidate whom she voluntarily had sex with. Being the decent person he was taking on challenging cases like that, he was not ashamed being connected with his Client in public, being chivalrous of her and going on the Talk Shows exposing the information and drawing attention to her issue. All that footage is very accessible. Since terminating Mr. Avenatti over accusations of fraud & embezzlement over a book deal that still needs to be proven, who she’s with now is not exactly out there showing any visible public ties to her at all as if there’s some shame in doing so. Avenatti is a humble guy to not let vanity get in the way of duty. Also to his credit, since his dynamic appearance onto the Big Screen, he single-handedly inspired many applicants into the legal profession. And this is amazing and ironic at the same time. There was a dark time in American history where you weren’t taken seriously if you were an Italian Lawyer. Nobody chose your firm to handle their case. That Italian last name was questionable why some of them changed their name to a more Anglicized one just to stay in business. And we still see a vestige of discrimination in today’s time in several cases when an Italian Attorney is using a similar legal technique in conducting business like the Germanic one, but The Judicial System turns a blind eye to “Wilhelm Van Hausen” saying oh he was just zealously advocating with legal threats & actions, but “Gianni Avengotti” must be extorting & embezzling. Now you didn’t have to vote for him to be your President especially when he publickly endorsed Joe Biden as the most qualified Candidate people should vote for even letting him use what was meant as his own slogan & theme. And you didn’t need to like Avenatti, but do you know why a lot of people gave up on him? It happened because unfortunately The Public is trained to follow the current trend. So they believe all that bias stuff out there on him without considering otherwise. After going against Trump so publickly, then trying to handle the case of some victims of singer R. Kelly, after a failed attempt to represent the 2 African brothers who helped actor Jussie Smollet fake a racist & homophobic hate crime in Chicago, a couple guys came into Michael Avenatti’s life out of the blue asking for help. His then Client was a fired basketball coach named Gary Franklin, yet the person we see involved in the case is The Advisor he spoke to who put everything together on file for Avenatti to review. Jeffrey Auerbach, the same Advisor who testified at trial and is going around to The Media talking about the case which is still awaiting Sentencing, and we see him doing it, not Gary Franklin. That’s curious. He’s the one in that ‘American Greed’ video talking about the so-called extortion crime and not Gary Franklin himself. Who is he? What’s his background? And why is he all up in it like he was the “victimized” client? _*And while we’re at it*_, who are all the other people surrounding his cases? Michael Avenatti was doing just fine in his life until some questionable characters approached him. Where did they come from, who sent them? You know when you’re an Attorney that has been successfully winning cases in the past, its not unusual to have hidden enemies out there lying in wait and plotting to see your demise. Now could one person be connected to the other? The Public knows some of the answers to this already if you’ve been following everything on The California side. So then how can you expect a completely fair trial? The Judicial Process is already tainted if an enemy he was battling is friends with one of his current Prosecutors. And arguably, that’s why he got messed up in that Nike case also due to the 6 Degrees of Separation theory. Choosing Valentines Day to find him guilty on the Nike charges, the same Valentines Day a couple years back when that same Person was battling him over money issues again and won that case. It isn’t hard to look and see patterns in Avenatti’s cases that lead right back to a specific person or persons very much involved, who are betrayed by their own ZEAL to destroy this man. Oh, and it gets worse, just keep following my coverage on this. If the shenanigans is visible to me, I wonder if any similar ones are happening around Trump’s case too. You don’t know what somebody may be going through, the personal problems they’re dealing with, how hurt they may be, and just because a person is in a vulnerable position right now, it’s not an invitation to attack him or her at that weak point, making the situation worse unless you’re a hater. It’s easy for a bunch of people pretending to be strangers, but are secretly working together, to crop up one day in an organized effort and allege some stuff against somebody, then watch it take on life, eventually blowing up to a full-fledged legal case. This sort of conspiracy has happened to some people already, and I’m proud of The Ones who stand firm fighting that Cancel Culture. Most recently that kind of attack fell on the Italian NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, with some members of his same Party spearheading it, and he’s right to hold his position. If you want him out of Office so you can enact _*your*_ policies, do it the right way and find a Candidate that can beat him. He’s been undefeated for years, honoring his father’s legacy. Setting up some people emerging out of the blue with suspicious accusations, when none of that existed before looks like what it looks like. All that is designed to get a person off The Scene. And once that character assassination is allowed to go on without any real concrete proof, it starts affecting others and maybe even YOU. I don’t care how much you might despise someone, it’s unwise to sit there and let him or her be crucified like that. Now you know damn well what that is especially if someone worse got away, and The System caught somebody less fortunate. Sometimes stopping someone else’s execution might mean your own salvation later on through a twist of fate.
