What started off in recent years back as a once in a year event, developed over time as a constant killing spree almost every other month, that’s why I never catered a habit of covering them because I’d have to comment on each one repeating the same point. It’s a very sad topic. There are some losers in this world floating around unnoticed that are able to plot like that because American society isn’t configured in a way to properly manage people as other societies around the globe are, WHY you don’t see much serial killer activity going on overseas at the same rate. I could have started this topic, late last year, but thought wait, after I post the blog, another mass shooting may happen before the year was up, and it did, then I decided not to post my thoughts until now because even though the same case still holds true, we’re entering the year 2020 soon and I can just leave a topic like this, and all future instances behind in just one post. Modern Mass Shootings are now a part of the American Life where you can expect some mentally ill person at any point to pop-up somewhere and start shooting, especially if the media is looking for it. With the new ‘Joker’ movie out, the stupid ass media is behaving hysterical as if there MUST be a mass shooting, because THIS movie is out like when ‘The Dark Knight’ came out. Why even go there? Just triggering a thought may cause that. It was like the 9/11 hysteria where they kept acting a fool over possible terrorist attacks in the subways. So they’re conditioning people for urban attacks domestic & overseas with all the fear mongering around it, and you the citizen, must go along with it. There are better ways to protect a society without carrying on with these scared tactics. If I were to really get into a political discussion at a round table on how to protect and provide for people, (AND I’M LOADED WITH IDEAS) I’d be faced with Democrats & Republicans finding fault with my solution and they would rather sit comfortably at government meetings and talk shows talking about ME and my concepts, and how Fascist or Draconian it might seem, rather than try implementing them. If it were YOU, no matter how plausible or Constitutional your solutions, it would be the same thing. WHY??? Maybe it’s because they’re not experiencing the pain, the lost, the suffering, the inconvenience, etc… others are. Where they are in life is not the same as the common folk. So they’re unable to see certain things. Recently, (and years back) a handful of would-be attacks in New York City were thwarted by some observant basic persons (mostly, Men of Color) who noticed a few things weren’t right or out of place, just moving around their common lair and alerted cops. Why didn’t the high society person see it while commuting in the same area? It’s because their world is different from yours. Your perspective of the space around you and how you see life differs from a person just passing through, who don’t have the same life restrictions. They have a different lifestyle and set of rules, and world they live in opposed to a person fighting life within their limitations. So you and I would be mindful of that fool around us more readily, than a person not use to identifying weirdness around them. You know who and what belongs to a particular area and what does not. You’re not wasting time observing a typical person or situation play out like an Outsider would mistaking that as something. That’s why they are shocked when a “regular” person alerts them, as opposed to THEIR appointed Watchperson, because who else will save you? They’d need to be a high society person with cop skills to survive on their own and many of them are clueless. The “common” man and woman are on high alert because they have to move around a dangerous urban jungle so they need to be able to quickly identify problems and suspect something or other. They don’t have the luxury to move about in limos and shelter themselves at a stuck-up country clubs. So guess WHO would have the best security ideas? Mass shootings and other Terrorist problems are best abated by implementing suggestions from the people who’d know it more, especially if they are Immigrants coming from places knowing how their countrymen think and act, and can recognize a spy among them. How do you stop that White Male Serial Killer? Well why not try to recognize him first. With many a cases out there we’ve seen solved, most of the psychological profiles for these types of people are eerily accurate right down to a look. You could stop a crime before it happens. You know where they live and operate. You know how they think and feel. We shouldn’t be hearing about ANOTHER MASS SHOOTING!!!…….Oh but I’ll tell you WHY we do………. The American Legal System and its Constitution. Massive LOOPHOLES in those two contradictions. You can’t have laws trying to prevent something, when The Supreme Law of the Land allows for it. You DO have the right to bear arms and also rise up against your own government if it became corrupt. The Writers of The Constitution built that in. So you should be able to get a gun. That means a mentally ill person too. Well why not them, they’re Citizens, right? Here’s the problem……… the Constitution is not clear enough, it’s not specific enough, it does not concern itself with details, sooo…….. there’s room for a State or Federal system to create laws specifically around it. Hmmm,…… but each of the 50 States has their own laws, and there is the Federal laws, which Trumps the State. So if you can’t buy a gun in one State, you can in another, but if there is some Federal law blocking you, there might be a way around it, like going online. Not all the laws concord with one another because America is a Democracy. Laws are subject to interpretation with all the legal tricks one can play, however, you can’t play games in certain Foreign Countries because they make sure you know damn well what’s legal and what’s not. So how do we solve this problem in the United States of America? That’s WHERE we are right now in a discussion loop, because all the Governments Agencies & Branches are involved. Can you do it without compromising Constitutional rights? What classifies a person as ‘…Mentally I’ll…’? If a person appeals the label in court and then commits a heinous crime with a gun later, then somebody made a mistake for that to happen and we’re right back in a discussion loop. Liberals are lax with other things but want to be strict when it comes to guns, while Conservatives are tough on certain things, but love their guns. The country is divided by 2 Political Parties and their structure is in the Patriotic songs, anthem and Pledge of Allegiance. ‘…..To The Flag….. America. And to the Republic for which it stands…….’ WELL, for there to be Liberty & Justice for All, everyone must agree their rights are being honored, otherwise The Nation, IS divisible. Not all the Citizens pledge allegiance to all 3 components. Some only care about the Flag itself, not the Republic or the Country. Others care about the Country, but not the Republic or the Flag. Some are only thinking about The Republic. And remember, we’re a Democracy also, so some people are just very Liberal and don’t care at all. So how can we have a consensus? THAT’S WHY, when you have a clearly defined government that is just one thing, a Theocracy, Aristocracy, Fascist,…..they tend to do better. It doesn’t mean that they are stone cold-blooded as the Stereotype, it just means they are a bit more stable than a government having multiple interest groups running around asking for special rights and favor, and then pushing their luck where the whole thing becomes a God Damn mess. You get whatever rights The Regime lets you have, it’s discussed one-time and quickly instituted and you better act right if you want it to stay and get future rights. That kind of government has been working for hundreds of years longer than The United States of America has been in existence. And the remnants of the Old World Kingdoms are still active in those parts of the globe that are not having certain problems you see here. I use to think a solution was possible and people would be sensible to go along with it, but the way things have gotten NOW……… the country is NOT the same and doesn’t look or feel like ‘The Good Old Days’ as it would be relative to both you and I. So I’m looking for what the late 41st President of America George Bush, Senior said in the 90s……‘a Brave New World Order…..’ WE NEED THAT! This Shit is so jacked up that THE REVOLUTION MUST BE TELEVISED!…….We need a new regime, because THEN, we can get things BACK in order, get rid of some people and their agendas, and get rid of other political problems.
